Mid-December California Rain Status
Better. California is doing pretty good west of 120 degrees longitude (the longitude of the CA-NV border). Sacramento is about 200% of average. Still, even Southern California improved. Still worried about Southern California and the southern Sierra. Maybe January will bring rains there.
